HostAfrica Notice On Two Factor Authentication Requirement
In light of the growing sophistication of cyber-attacks, we are taking proactive steps to enhance the security of your account. As part of this effort, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will become mandatory for all customer accounts starting Wednesday, 30 April.
We understand that this may add an extra step when logging into your account. However, we firmly believe this is a necessary measure to help safeguard your personal information and ensure your account remains secure.
You will be prompted to set up 2FA the next time you log in after 30 April. However, if you'd like to get ahead, you're welcome to enable it in advance. To make the process as smooth as possible, we've included helpful screenshots and a step-by-step guide in the following blog article, titled Enabling 2FA.
