Diamond Trust Bank Kenya Limited and Optiven Limited on June 20, 2026 announced that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding establishing a partnership to improve access to property ownership through structured financing solutions. The agreement targets expansion of affordable and flexible home and land acquisition options for customers.
The collaboration integrates DTB’s financing products with Optiven’s property portfolio to enhance convenience, broaden access to real estate opportunities.
