Kilifi County Governor Gideon Mungaro and other Coastal Governors from Mombasa, Kwale, Lamu, Tana River and Taita Taveta signed a declaration under Jumuiya ya Kaunti za Pwani to launch the Kenya Blue-Green Bond Programme.
The financing framework aims to attract investment into the blue economy, promote environmental sustainability and support inclusive economic growth across the coastal region.
