East Africa Law (EALS) Society Statement On Being Granted Observer Status By ACERWC

I have the honor to inform you that the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child (ACERWC) considered your application for observer status during its 45th Ordinary Session held in Maseru, Lesotho from 07 to 11 April 2025 and granted observer status to your organization with reference No OBS/048/2025.
Please note that, in accordance with Section V (2) of the Criteria of Granting Observer Status, you are required to submit an analytical activity report to ACERWC after two years.
