Gor Mahia Statement on Buying Tickets Online through E-ticketing System

We want to thank all fans who showed up at Raila Odinga Stadium in Homa Bay for the Mashemeji Derby on 2nd June 2025 for the good behaviour and maintaining peace thus providing a perfect atmosphere for a historic Derby.

Our sincere apologies to fans for the mix-up and confusion at the gates. We commit to rectify this in our future matches to ease entry at match venues.

As we aim to streamline operations at the club, the management has made a unanimous decision that during our home matches, all gates shall be free of stewards, branch representatives, and Gor Mahia security until further notice. Following this decision, the management will organize alternative security personnel to take charge of our last home match against Police FC.

A request is hereby placed to all branches countrywide to affiliate with the club by paying the KSh.20, 000 affiliation fee. Branches are also hereby directed to hold internal elections within 60 days of this directive. Each branch should have a minimum of 50 registered members who must be active.

Branches will be required to nominate two stewards who will then elect their officials. Nominated stewards will be required to possess a valid certificate of good conduct. The role of stewards will purely be field control.

On matters ticketing, we started the e-ticketing process, and we wish to confirm that the same will continue as planned. This is one of the elements we aim to achieve in our quest to transform the club. We urge all to use the official link provided to purchase tickets well in advance to avoid last minute confusion. We strongly advise against paying anyone money to have access to the match venue.

With no exclusion, everyone, including club officials, will buy their tickets to have access to all our home matches.
