Kenya National Union Of Nurses Return To Work Agreement With Kajiado County Government

THAT, this 28th day of April, 2025, the parties herein agree as follows:

1. THAT, the agreement and/or memorandum of understanding entered into by the parties herein on 16th January, 2025 (copy attached) still stands and shall be implemented in its entirety on or before 16th May, 2025, save for clause 2 on promotions, for which a meeting has been scheduled for 20th May, 2025, to negotiate on the monetary clause.

2. THAT, the union dues for the months of March and April, 2025, shall be deducted and remitted with the payment of March and April salaries.

3. THAT, all show-cause letters issued to the nurses on account of participating in the strike that commenced on 7th March, 2025, be expunged from the employment records of the affected nurses.

4. THAT, the transfer letter dated 7th March, 2025, issued to the Branch Secretary (Wilson Leala) be forthwith expunged from his employment records.
